• joint venture and shareholders’ agreements
• business acquisitions, from due diligence to negotiating, drafting and reviewing the sale and purchase agreement
• corporate projects, such as restructurings, corporate housekeeping and corporate governance matters
• financing and security documentation
• commercial disputes, by negotiating an amicable settlement or representing clients in court

Ramon has registered corporate law as his practice area in the register of practice areas of the Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse orde van advocaten).
